RTX 5050(8gb) (I don't know TGP or TDP)

Please suggest if there are better options than this and the pros/cons of this laptop🙏🏻

I am not getting good colleges for Btech near or in my hometown so my parents are asking me to do Bsc CS(Hons.) from DU. Now I know I will be getting good DU colleges for BSc CS but I wanted to do Mtech from IITs so that I could bridge the gap because my parents will be retiring soon (2-3 yrs) and I will have to be the financial bearer or atleast independent.
My concern is even after doing all the hardwork in BSc will I be eligible in all Mtech courses in all IITs/NITs since the Hons (4yr concept) was introduced recently and I don't have cousins who have been in tech field so I don't have any idea just a random folk from a tier 3 town so would like to know about the experiences of guys who have shifted from BSc to Mtech.
Also I heard they have interviews would I be rejected instantly for not having a Btech?
