Questions about hiring process

I'm in my 20s looking for my first "formal" job, as the only work I've done is for my mother's yard work business. I applied on Thursday, got a call asking if I would be interested in an interview on Friday, and then I went in for my interview on Saturday. I thought the interview went all right, but I was told at the end, "All right, I'll forward this to the GM. Thanks for coming in." It's now currently Monday night. So my question is, how long should I expect to hear back, if at all, on whether or not I got the job?

I know many people recently are getting messaged by people they know on discord who had their accounts hacked. My question is what about those of us who to our knowledge aren't hacked but clicked the image? In my case I had just woken up when I saw something like the image above when someone sent those images to me and at first I didnt know what I was looking at so I clicked an image but upon realizing it I blocked the account immediately. The images themselves didn't redirect to anything nor had any visible link from what I could tell as I was on mobile discord but my question is is simply clicking the image enough to become a victim of this?

Like the title says package hasn't moved in over a day since reaching Indianapolis. It's fairly expensive so I kinda worry though I may be overreacting. Yall think im cooked or nah?
