Husband left my braiser on gas stovetop empty for like 30 minutes. It’s crackled all throughout. Help!

Thank you in advance for any insight. I am claustrophobic and REALLY like to make sure the window seat I choose actually has a window. I've been burned in the past and it was a whole thing. I like to check on Aerolopa and see there is an actual window. We are traveling this summer on a flight from London to Bari and the flight just doesn't match up on the site. The layouts are totally different. Can anyone offer insight not whether this plane has any "non-window window seats"? Aerolopa is showing a different layout and it's stressing me out.
