card room push on bust?

a card room by me offers 6/5 bj but if you bust with a 3 card 23-25 and they bust higher it is a push. how does this effects odds? been going there for a while was currious. 2 things i noticed is this casino has 0 heat for card counters as long as they dont go crazy. been sitting next to multiple card counters and asked the dealer about it at a later. they said since we are in CA its not the casinos money so they dont care. I have seen them even wait after a hand was delt so the card counter could count everything

Just got a studio in the signature!

I just got a studio in the signature. it has new flooring (LVP) and fresh paint with recently reupholstered furniture. Im going to be renting it out i know it is nicer than about 80% of the units with just this. i dont want to do full cabinet replacement and tile. but looking at new art work for the unit. so here is the fun part what art do you think would look good in these units. was thinking of doing some of the LV strip but dont know exactly what to do.

Edit:

I know it will not make much if any money just hoping nets like 1k ish a month but if not all good

got reached out to by a host at Ellis island.

so i was playing some blackjack at ellis island, i would call higher for me but very small by vegas standers betting between 25 and 200 with about a 1k bank roll (200 was when i was up or on very long win streaks) a hand opening up 2-3 hands sometimes. so not insignificant but also i would assume would be way under the value to get a host attention. Was talking with tim, and told him i was in town to look at a condo in the signuture right next to them. After that he told me that if i need anything reach out to him and if i wanted any free food or stuff let him know. he then went to the computer punched in some stuff and confirmed my address to me and told me to enjoy my game and to talk with him after (which i forgot to do). the next day i get reached out to by nick and am invited to a VIP only event. i don't feel my play would warrant that so i know tim punched something in manually. I like ellis Island and It is my preferred casino when i go out there. given this info would it be a good idea to reach back out to them and ask to speak to tim before he forgets me?
