Εσείς όσοι νοικιάζετε σπίτια έχετε τρελαθεί, τι είναι αυτές οι τιμές;

Θέλω να αλλάξω σπίτι και λέω να κοιτάξω στον Σπιτόγατο. Βάζω Αιγάλεω για να είμαι κοντά στους δικούς μου και βλέπω στο Αιγάλεω να προσθέσω από 800-1000 € για ένα στούντιο 50 τ.μ. Τι τιμές είναι αυτές; Με βασικό μισθό 920€ πάμε καλά; Τι την έχετε δει εσείς;

AITAH for fighting with my sister in front of her friends?

Hello So, for context, I'm Greek, and my family is from a Greek island in the Cyclades (not Santorini, Mykonos, or Paros).

I move to the island for about three months every year because of work in the house that my family has on the island. Sometimes my sister or my parents visit me for a period, but usually, I'm alone so I can work in my Airbnb business because a lot of people, especially those I'm not familiar with, don't mess up my rhythm. Three weeks ago, my sister was here and asked me if I had a vacancy in one of the apartments. I did have one vacancy at the time she asked me, and I asked her why. She told me "for no reason," so I dismissed it because when family visits, they ask me for my calendar so we can plan an outing, and my name day is close by, so I guessed it was some sort of surprise. One week ago, she told me that her friends are coming tonight and to get the empty apartment ready, but the apartment was booked the day before. I told her that, and she told me that she had invited her friends from school to stay at the Airbnb apartment that I had told her was empty for free, and she said that it's okay, they are going to stay with us, and I told her I don't want her friends to be at the house, especially in high season, and she told me that she doesn't care, and I said fine, do whatever you want, just don't mess with my work, and she said fine. So we have one car on the island, and I use this car for work. Close to our house, we have three beaches (one of them is the best on the island) within walking distance. On the second day, she took the car to go to the furthest beach on the island. Usually, when I'm not in a hurry, I take the bus because it's very hard to park on the island, especially in the center, but the bus takes 45 minutes and the car takes 15 minutes. I had just returned home, and one guest party got locked outside of their apartment, and I had to get there immediately. I'm looking for the car keys and I can't find them anywhere, so I call my sister and she told me that she had the car and they went to the furthest beach to go for a bath and to eat, and I said to her to bring the car home so I can go to the apartment, and she said no, and I got into a big fight with her and her friends listened from her phone and they got the first boat out of the island and left and my sister is mad at me because I "kicked them out" and I embarrassed her with my childish personality.
