Hi

I've been living in Bostadsrätt and dealing with BRF has been a pain. They keep increasing avgift, keep imposing maintenance on tenants so despite of "owning" you don't really feel like owner.

I heard there is something which sits between Äganderätt and Bostadsrätt called tomträtt where I own house completely but pay fees for the plot.

How to find such properties on Hemnet? What filter to use?

I know price for land may also fluctuate but still better than Bostadsrätt I think.

Please suggest how one can search such properties around Gothenburg area.

Seeking some honest feedback regarding Deira International School and Star International School Mirdif. DIS is our first priority, but it's a bit over the budget, while Star International School seems to be providing similar facilities and has more family-like feeling. I know of their KHDA ratings, so I want to rather hear some personal experiences :)

Considering the move from Europe and trying to get a realistic picture before diving in. My background is in data analytics and quantitative research — specifically large-scale surveys, government-facing reports, that kind of thing.

Two things I'm trying to figure out:

1. Is there a meaningful market for education/research analytics in UAE or is it mostly fintech, real estate, and tech?

2. Are employers actively bringing in people from abroad for analytical/research roles or is it heavily preferred you're already in-country?
