I like how the young people are showing the oldies and privileged their place. tbh the show is not even about these ego clashes, it can go so much into pure strategy and betrayals.
But overall I like this show, the pacing, the games, the twists - perfect recipe

I bought quite a few cute sleeveless tops and vest tops this summer, but I've noticed that whether I actually wear them often depends on one thing: whether my armpits are shaved or waxed.

It's not even that I mind body hair that much, it's more that the sheer laziness of shaving or waxing makes me put off wearing those tops. Sometimes I wear them anyway, sometimes I change into something with sleeves instead.

I'm curious if other women feel the same way.

Or have you reached a point where you genuinely don't care and wear whatever you want regardless?

I'd honestly be relieved to know I'm not the only one overthinking this.

How are so many people online 24/7 keeping up with lives, fan wars, lore, edits, podcasts, Reddit threads and 19 parallel controversies.

I miss when Splitsvilla used to actually be about the villa.

Earlier seasons felt more organic because everything happened inside the show itself ; the connections, drama, love stories, betrayals. Now it feels like 70% of the season exists outside the villa through PR narratives, podcasts, paparazzi clips, “proofs,” fan wars and endless controversy farming.

At this point it feels more like Bigg Boss than Splitsvilla.

And honestly, MTV knows exactly what it’s doing. They’re stretching hype, delaying finales, milking engagement and the contestants are benefiting from it too. But it’s genuinely wild seeing how emotionally invested people have become in drama that ultimately changes nothing in our real lives except consuming our time.

Even I got caught up in it for entertainment, but somewhere along the way people forgot to keep it just entertainment.

Anyway, finale weekend is here. Enjoy it. But also prepare for the post-finale void because this entire ecosystem has consumed way too much collective time and brain space already.
