Considerando os prazos médios de liberação no canal vermelho, que geralmente variam de 3 a 8 dias úteis, qual é o tempo médio, em dias úteis, que o pessoal tem experienciado entre a confirmação do pagamento e a atualização do item saindo de Curitiba?

Já tive situações rápidas de 1 dia bem como 15 dias para sair desse status de "Pagamento Confirmado" daí gostaria de uma média mais atual de vocês.

Seeking community feedback on Japan Post ePacket Light—my package was posted June 1st, and it's been weeks with zero tracking updates beyond the initial "Posting/Dispatch" scan. Is this normal for this service, or could it be lost? For those who've used it recently, did your tracking ever update, or did it just show up with no intermediate scans?

Any insight into current delays would be much appreciated.

Hey everyone, looking for some community feedback on Japan Post ePacket Light.

My package was posted on June 1st, and it's now been several weeks with absolutely zero tracking updates. The last (and only) scan is the initial 'Posting/Collection' or 'Dispatch from outward office of exchange'—nothing after that, and no arrival scan in my country yet.

Is it normal for it to go completely silent for weeks? I'm starting to get a bit anxious about whether it's lost or just sitting in a container waiting for a flight/ship.

If you've used this service recently, how long did your updates take to kick in, or did it just randomly show up at your door with no intermediate scans? Any insight into the current delays would be really appreciated. Thanks!
