Accessory suggestions and fire tips, please

Hello!

I have a Horizon 20" offset smoker. I need to purchase a pail for catching the grease - it has a nice hook on the grease drain but I haven't been able to find a reasonably priced pail.

How accurate is the thermometer port on top of the smoker? I am not sure.

What would you do for a long overnight cook? That thing can burn fuel like Nero burning Rome. Ideally I would like to go 90 minutes to 2 hours between fueling so I can nap. This is especially important to me for the brisket flats of the world.

I need a tray to scrape out the ashes once in a while but I think I can get that at my local farm supply store.

I have been banned from using a wire brush on cleaning the grates so I feel like I don't get the grates as clean as they should be.

I have had the smoker for close to ten years but I have always been chasing the perfect solutions but I just haven't found it.

A man walks into a doctor's office with a duck on his head. The receptionist asks "What can I do for you?" The duck replies "Get this wart of my ass."

My name is *blank* and I have a problem

I have seven of these in a RAID6 ARRAY in my file server. These are spares. I am using Linux, DM raid and LVM to manage.

P.S. I am old school, thus no ZFS or any other new fangled tech.
