I’ve always enjoyed the process. I’m improving with every sign.

Getting back into it.

This is painted on 120 year old fir tongue and groove. Taken from my Victorian house. It was extremely porous. Should have put the topcoat down first.

Next I’m breaking out the one shot enamels which have somehow not dried up.

We needed to replace our totaled Hyundai Sonata. Looked in the usual Seattle area used car dealerships. Very discouraging.

Found an ad for a 2013 Lexus ES350 up in Blaine. Pleasant drive. There are only a few used car dealerships in that area.

The sales staff actually made the experience relaxing. No pressure. I have a lot of anxiety. Our Sonata was still under warranty. Used seemed terrifying.

But the Lexus looked brand new inside and out. When we arrived the mechanic was replacing the brakes and rotors. The mechanic answered all of my many questions. Without guile. This was a new experience for us.

The dealership accepted our offer. The car runs beautifully. We did purchase an extended warranty, because I am used to warranties. Anxiety.

I highly recommend this dealership.
