What is the typical pay for cleaning companies? Either residential or offices.

Are any of them hiring? What kind of experience is needed?

What is the typical pay for cleaning companies in our area, both residential or offices?

My kid is getting ready for college in the fall and we found out the medical insurance is mandatory. They've aged out of state medicaid, so there is no insurance at the moment. We have a pop that we pay cash when we go. Im in desperate need to find something for them, but everything I'm finding is way to expensive for me.

I'd appreciate any advice or tips and tricks to finding something, even if its a temporary deal. Please and thank you.

Please do not be rude. I've been a sahm for 20 years and husband walked out last week because I "don't contribute anything to the family", and everything is on me now, I'm a bit overwhelmed and trying to get most important things first.

Anyone else notice the Dr's at the Joint seem to be there shortly and then another takes their place? Just to be clear, I've never had a bad experience and this is not to trash them, I'm just curious. Are they going somewhere else?

I found out recently that I will be inheriting a property through a will. I'm planning to either sell or rent this property to file for divorce and start over. I welcome any and all advice for the process.

For context- married 21 years. 3 kids (ages 19, 17 and 15). I've been a sahm for 19 years. Property is approx $140k and is being left to me, not "US".
