Is there any merit to any of these 'hair growth means', such as vitamin gummies or oils?

Hi there, I'm a 25-year old male and I already notice that my hairline is slowly receding. Wanting to act on that early, I looked for possible solutions online and stumbled upon a whole bunch of products that promise "stronger hair and hair growth", and even regeneration of hair at times. Now, this all seems a bit too good to be true, but I can't really find conclusive information on whether all of these products are just scams or if there actually ARE ways to combat genetically induced hair loss.

Does anyone here have experience with these products or perhaps knows more about the 'science' behind them? Are they useless or is it actually possible to save your hair by just... eating two vitamin gummies and smearing ointments on your scalp every day?
