I Got Tired of Institutional Trading Tools Being Too Expensive, So I Built My Own

I’ve been building the trading intelligence platform I always wanted: cross-asset signals, macro regime tracking, whale transactions, congressional trades, COT positioning, and analysis tools in one place.
Most of the data serious traders need is locked behind expensive institutional subscriptions, so I built my own version for retail traders.

Kresmion gives you:

Market intelligence feed — OSINT, SEC filings, insider trades, congressional trades, whale transactions, ETF flows, activist investors, FDA approvals, bond issuances, and COT extremes in one unified feed.

Macro regime engine — a daily risk-on/risk-off score built from yield curves, real yields, credit spreads, DXY, AUD/JPY, copper/gold, SPX momentum, VIX, MOVE, and economic surprise data.

Whale + institutional tracking — BTC/ETH/SOL large transactions, exchange wallet flows, ETF inflows/outflows, 13F holdings, and other capital flow signals.

Trading tools — position sizing, correlation matrix, drawdown tracker, relative strength heatmap, sector rotation, currency strength, yield curve animator, COT dashboard, screener, and signal accuracy tracking.

Portfolio + alerts — encrypted portfolio tracking, stress testing, watchlist-based signal alerts, price alerts, and HMAC-signed webhooks for quant workflows.
Every intelligence event is classified by direction, severity, confidence, market context, and what to watch next.
It’s free right now while I build it out. No credit card required.

What data or signals do you find hardest to access as a retail trader?

I built a Bloomberg-style intelligence terminal for active traders and wanted to share it for Software Sunday.

Most traders already have charts. What I’ve been building with Kresmion is an intelligence layer around those charts: macro regime data, SEC filing signals, OSINT feeds, whale tracking, DEX intelligence, alternative data, and full charting in one place.

It’s currently in early beta, and full access is open while I keep building. I’m actively shipping based on feedback, so if something feels off, confusing, or missing, I genuinely want to know.

What’s inside:

🧠 OSINT Intel Feed
Kresmion monitors 24 high-signal accounts in real time, clusters updates by theme, severity-rates them, and cross-references related events. The goal is to help surface geopolitical, macro, and market-moving intelligence before it becomes obvious in the broader news cycle. There’s also a Daily Brief each morning that summarizes overnight intelligence into one read.

📋 Alternative Data Suite
There are 12 intel tabs covering congressional trades, politician disclosures, government contract awards, SEC activist investor filings, FDA approvals and clinical trial completions, S&P 500 job posting trends, shipping data, app ratings, Reddit sentiment, insider trades, Google Trends, and web intelligence.

A lot of this data is public, but it’s usually scattered across different sources. The goal is to put it in one place so traders can scan it faster.

📉 SEC Filing Signals
Real-time S&P 500 signal feed from SEC filings, including things like going concern language, material weakness disclosures, insider buying clusters, and guidance changes. The idea is to flag important language in filings before it gets digested by analyst notes or social media.

📊 Macro Regime Engine
A daily cross-asset regime score across 15 indicators, including the yield curve, real yields, credit spreads, the dollar, VIX, MOVE index, financial conditions, and Fed liquidity. It classifies conditions as risk-on, risk-off, or diverging, with a conviction level.

💧 Fed Liquidity Dashboard
Net Fed liquidity, M2, financial conditions, HY/IG credit spreads, jobless claims, breakeven inflation, and other macro plumbing in one view.

🐋 Whale Tracker
Large BTC, ETH, and SOL transactions in real time, with exchange inflow/outflow context. A large transfer to Binance means something different from a large transfer leaving an exchange, so the platform tracks that context alongside exchange reserve levels across major venues.

📊 DEX Intelligence
Solana and Ethereum DEX coverage, including chain-level volume, protocol market share, buy/sell pressure, trending pairs, new pool launches, and whale activity.

📈 Chart Suite
Native charts with OSINT event overlays so you can see what was happening in the intelligence feed when price moved. There’s also one-click TradingView mode with indicators and drawing tools.

🔗 Correlation Matrix
30/60/90-day cross-asset correlation across equities, crypto, forex, and commodities, designed to help traders understand what is moving together before sizing trades.

👥 Community Layer
Users can post investment theses, follow analysts, and DM mutual followers. The goal is to encourage structured trade thinking rather than just hot takes.

Where it stands now:

The core intelligence layer — OSINT, SEC signals, macro regime, whale tracking, and charting — is live. Some alternative data sources are still being expanded, and new features are shipping weekly.

Beta access is open here:

I’d really appreciate feedback from active traders. What would you use, what feels unnecessary, and what data would you want added?

Happy to answer anything in the comments.
