In desperate need of help with my squat

Embarrassed to post this since I’ve read and watched nearly every starting strength material there is, and have been trying for over a year and can not get it down. It’s the weakest of all my lifts next to ohp and it’s close.

I naturally favor my right side which I’ve been trying to fix

I have a bad habit of getting on to the balls of my feet and not my midfoot or heels. In fact my feet feel light and not secure. This session I worked on that particularly hard and made some progress

I think I may not be leaning forward enough? Although I tried extra this time so I don’t know

I would say my biggest issues are not being able to find the shelf of the scalpula, not feeling my feet heavy and secure, not being mid foot (hinging as been hard for me, I think for a while I’ve been going too far back and disconnecting from my upper back)

Not sure if I should add weight to the bar next session or continue working on form at this weight or lighter?

I’ve been spinning my wheels on this in particular for a very long time. Sometimes I think I make progress and got the hang of it, but I’ve yet to be able to break past 200, and it took a lot to get close, and now I’m deloading again

Thank you for your help last time. Tried again and grateful for any more advice

Just did another deadlift session after this one last time https://www.reddit.com/r/StartingStrength/comments/1vjc4qn/add_weight_repeat_or_deload/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=ioscss&utm_content=1&utm_term=1

My main goal from last time was trying to breathe and brace and get tight before pulling slack out of the bar. Not sure if I did a better job or not

Also unsure if I’m pulling slack out correctly or still yanking it?

Do you have any more advice for me, and is the the form acceptable enough to add weight to the bar next session or should I repeat/deload?

Thank you!

Trying to get to 200

This is 177.5 x 5 and I’m working towards my first goal of 200 x 5. Is there anything I should change for my next session of 180!

Thank you

Add weight, repeat or deload?

Hello, I know I need to fix my form, and I think I know what issues are (although I’d certainly be appreciative and grateful for any advice and tips on what and how to fix them)

but my main question is, while I’m working to fix these issues on my next session, is my current lift acceptable enough to add weight on to the bar or should I repeat the weight of even deload?

Thank you

Btw, I thought my form issues were needing to tighten my chest and upper back and keep them tight, and to do a better job of breathing and bracing. I was also unsure if I’m pulling slack out of the bar correctly or is what I’m doing considered yanking it?
