I’m training to run a sub hour 10k in July and my current weekly mileage is 20k. (5k intervals, 5k tempo and 10k easy) Should I be running anything more than 10k or should I just keep adding mileage to my tempo and interval sessions and max them out at 10k.
Some additional info, I also do weekly cycling rides that average 4-6 hrs on the weekends and wondering if that should be enough to train my aerobic base.
When searching for the missing people am I supposed to go for the constable last? I went for his body second and couldn’t cross back over the river so I had to load a previous save but I’m just wondering if I missed something or if it’s just a soft lock.
Been training to go sub 60 for a 10k in July for the past couple months and decided to try breaking the 30min barrier for my 5k today!
I had a playlist full of songs in the 170-175 bpm range which is the perfect cadence (for my height) to run just under 6min/km and with the apple watch pacer I was able to pr with over a minute to spare 😫
