$4.99 bag, Passion Profession Kitchen, Scarborough

White rice with a thin layer of curry over top. I think goat. While the goat curry is $15.99 on the menu, this was mostly sauce, but not even spread fully across the rice, with a bit of meat and more bone than meat.

It tasted good. Then I found a hair in the curry and lost my appetite. 🤢

Merveilleux de Fred $9.99 French Delights Bag

A reminder that I gotta learn to get off this app if I’m not open to anything. I didn’t even know they sold full size cakes. I thought by “assortment of French delights” that it would be a few brioches, croissants, meringues, etc. like the stuff they show in the window.

Anyone know food donation spots downtown?

Duke Fine Foods | Ottawa | $7.99 | Deli meat and Cheese

The bag said “deli meat and cheese” but I only received meat, which is fine. $26.07 in retail value!

Packaging Fee now added to some orders

I was going to try a new place that just opened up, then I noticed a $1.00 packaging fee added on.

(I didn't get the bag)

I wonder if this will become more common...

Master Supermarket, Toronto, $5.99

Pretty disappointed given the high 4.8 store rating.

Not pictured is a tub of ricotta cheese expired in the past week.

The large purple cabbage was really sad... I dumped it. The rest of the fruit and veg were okay, kinda bruised/wilty but it's what I expected.

The large bottle of ranch dressing was 5 months past its BB date... 💀 I got a partial refund from TGTG.

Sandwich with cured meat and cheese and 3 pastries. All tasty - bread was very stale though. Almost too much for one person tbh!

Panemor on Queen, Toronto, $6.99, MASSIVE bag of goodies

So. Much. Food. There was another pastry but I ate it on my way home. I swear the bag weighed 10 pounds. Going to fill my freezer.

Arctic Dessertz - Winnipeg - 8,95$

Probably the weirdest thing I’ve picked up off tgtg, but I’d say a good deal!! Got exactly what it said it’d be. Retails for about 20$, apparently.

Pizzaiolo Port Union, Scarborough ON - $7.99

Ok I should've grabbed this when I ran out of dinner, vs tonight but here we are. I got 7 pieces of pizza for 7.99. The slices are a good size, I see varying toppings, mushrooms, pepperoni, pineapples etc. The bag is cold so they had the slices in the fridge, I'm hoping it's just stuff from today but why wouldn't it be! I consider this a great deal as their slices are big, so it's like a large pizza for me!

Food Basics (Wellesley St. E, Toronto) - $9.99 Meat Bag

Note: There are 3 more of these great bags left as of 5:30pm, May 19. The window closes at 6pm if anyone wants to grab one!

Great score with a discounted meat bag from Food Basics today. Normally these bags are $13.99, but the price was reduced as I think they had too many left too close to the end of the day.

I received almost $67 worth of sirloin tip roast for $9.99.

Now... does anyone have any recipes for sirloin tip roast? lol

Hills Florist, Toronto, $12

Amazing service again this time. I went early'ish and got to choose my bouquet. The staff was cheery and didn't rush me at all.
