Anyone have any good recs for places in town for microneedling?

Need some advice from the guys here. I have a friend who clearly wants to hook up, but his logic is completely confusing me. When I brought up the idea of dating, he turned it down, saying he thinks I’m too skinny and that he doesn’t like it when I wear makeup. Yet he said I looked really pretty one time when I did something and says I’m attractive.

This makes no sense to me. How can someone be physically attracted enough to want a hookup, but then use my weight and makeup as reasons not to date me? Can someone help me make sense of this mindset?
