My 56 Bel air's engine had a ton of coolent rust, how do i remove it?

I really have no idea how to title this but anyways, just finally got my 56 v8 bel air after years of saving money for it to buy it off my grandpa (the car wasnt his, he bought so i could buy it from him) and now finally started to work on the car. I replaced the thermostat but while i had it out i saw that the inside was caked in rust, noe the engine still turns over and it was cycling a tiny bit of what that was still in the block after i removed the radiator (the inside of those pipes were also coved in brown) but i wanted to know if there was a way to remove all that surface rust to prevent any issue in the future, i want to avoid a machine shop for now since i really dont have the money to send it off or time waiting to get it back.

Help fixing my ac!!!

Live in texas and heat is just to much rn, and driving with my windows down have been tanking my fuel economy. I recently filled the ac lines with refrigerant and when i turn the ac on the compressor works and the lines get cold, however when i turn on the ac is just blows a little bit of air from the fan, it doesn't blow hot or cold at all. I replaced the air dryer, replaced the o rings and the little copper valve attached to the heater core before this and no leaks at all, anyone got a idea if this could be a blend door problem or if its another issue

Help finding sensor voltage

Helli, I got a z32 and right now im trying to convert the dash to a digital dash. Right now im using this Video as a base. At around 15 minutes in he talks about the code and how you put in the lowest voltage and the highest voltage of the sensor so the pi can properly read it and display on the gauge. I need help find out the values of the tempature gauge, oil pressure, fuel level, and most likely speed and revs. If anyone else has done something similar tips and help would be much appreciated
