I am honestly extremely frustrated and angry with the way BookMyBed – Orchid House is handling its residents. It has been 12 days, and I have had to repeatedly ask for the most basic facilities that were clearly promised to us at the time of booking. Breakfast is not being provided on time, the washing machine has still not even been provided despite repeatedly being promised that it would be brought, there is no proper dining area, basic hygiene and cleanliness are not being maintained, and even basic necessities like tables, chairs and AC are still not being provided as promised. How many times are residents expected to keep asking for the same things? These are basic facilities, not special requests or luxuries, and we are paying for them. I am completely fed up with making the same complaints again and again only to receive promises with no actual action. It has already been 12 days, and the management still seems incapable of delivering what was promised. This level of negligence and poor management is absolutely unacceptable. I expect these issues to be resolved immediately, instead of being given the same excuses and empty promises again and again.

I am currently dealing with severe anxiety and depression. I took a drop year to prepare for IPMAT, but unfortunately I was not selected, which left me feeling extremely disheartened and disappointed. Although I had backup options such as JIPMAT and CUET, my mental health worsened after the release of the provisional answer keys. I could not bring myself to check the JIPMAT answer key due to fear and anxiety. However, when I checked the CUET English answer key, my estimated score was around 40 out of 250. This was shocking because I had appeared for CUET last year and scored around 600 out of 1000. Seeing such a low score in a subject that is generally considered easier to score in made me panic and triggered severe anxiety attacks. Since then, I have been unable to properly check my other results or focus on anything else. The ongoing uncertainty regarding results has made my anxiety and depression worse than ever, and I am finding it very difficult to cope with the stress and disappointment.
