Found this today but no indication anywhere as to what has changed other than security patch level 1 April 2026.

Most days I cycle to the supermarket, pick up what is needed, then cycle home.

Despite the AI Coach can't seem to work out what I'm doing and the less time I spend shopping the faster it thinks my bike ride was. I can pause the activity on arrival and unpause on departure. But it's a shame it can't work out there is a walking activity in the middle which it would also be nice to record separately without saving the first half of the bike ride, starting a new walking activity then saving that and starting another cycling activity.

As a UK user I have no option to sync my medications to a healthcare provider. Maybe one day the National Health Service will be available but I doubt it.

There are various apps that allow you to record medications, when to take and when to submit a new prescription. However while syncing other data medications are not available in Health Connect.

Meanwhile I would suggest the app allow manual entry of medications, when to take and when to reorder. As I have to take steroids for polymyalgia rheumatica I also have to carry a card to indicate I am on steroids in the event of accident. If this section could have a public URL it would allow display on the lock screen of my phone for access by emergency services.

As to what Google Health does with this knowledge when available I have no idea!
