Landscaping pricing help

Hello,

Trying to get creative in affording rent and I pitched to my landlords taking care of the property as it is pretty bad.

They said yes but I haven’t no idea how to quote them. Was thinking maybe hourly but I haven’t no clue so any insight is greatly appreciated! I want to be fair as I like them and want to keep a solid relationship.

They want the weeds/trees cleaned up, the dead twigs/leaves removed, and then the garage roof.

Ticket Sales Issues

Hello,

Has anyone been able to sell their tickets? I have had an unforeseen commitment come up and I can’t go so I have tried to list my tickets on the site as Ticketmaster sends me there, and all I can find is a waitlist option for a higher price then I listed mine for?

This seems like an unfair business practice, because even though I have it listed people can’t view it and must pay “$20” to join the wait list to maybe get one?

This is so dumb if anyone has figured it out would love some advice.

Hello,

I have this bike at my mom’s old house and she is moving so I need to do something with it.

I have very little knowledge about the brand and bike, so I’m looking to find some background on this bike or get any advice on what to do with this.

I believe it is a “pk ripper” remake maybe like 2008? There’s like two photos online and can’t find anything about it. I worked very hard one summer in like 6th grade cutting grass to get this bike because I loved the color way and how light it was. I took some of the stickers off because I didn’t want people to be able to tell it was expensive, was a neurotic kid after having my og bike stolen and it was really the only thing I had back then so there’s a lot of memories with this bike where I could sell it but I also like the idea of donating so a kid can maybe have a similar treasured feeling I once did.

Unfortunately I am an adult now with adult responsibilities so if it is worth some change I may just sell it but I’m due for a good deed.

Any insight or background is appreciated!

Chicago parking Rufus

Have a private spot .3MI from Chicago. Zero concerns of long exit lines, dings in your car, or really a time limit in case you want to hangout in wrigley or are looking for overnight.

Looking to get $50 maybe $60 if you want to do overnight. Pretty negotiable and will take cash, Venmo, Zelle.

Spot hero for this area is all $100+ and most are not nearly as close or secure, this is my personal spot and just looking to grab some beer money for the night so I’m offering a good deal to have this secured versus standing on the corner with my sign.

I do have a garage spot that I could rotate yours in to if you wanted something more secure in case youre pulling up in style.

Rufus Chicago Parking

Hello,

I have a parking spot that is .3MI or a 6 min walk from wrigley. It is a private spot so you don’t have to worry about long exit lines or possible dings.

As well overnight or long term is possible.

I am looking to get $65 for the spot as spot hero is all going for $100+ and are further away.

Rufus Chicago Parking

Hello,

I live a block and a half from wrigley. For the RUFUS Chicago show I have an open parking spot that’s private so you don’t need to worry about any scratches or long exit lines. As well it doesn’t really had a time limit, if you want to have over night parking we can discuss that as well.

I’m pretty negotiable with pricing, don’t really feel like going out there with my sign that night so saving that effort will be considered, HMU
