how much rice is too much rice

I have medication that suppresses my appetite for most of the day, so at night I usually eat a bit of rice. I usually cook 1.5 cups of dry rice and eat it all in one sitting. Recently found out that eating that much rice is like 6 times the normal serving size, and there's a risk of me having too much arsenic, so does anyone know if there's a limit to how much rice is too much rice. This is all made worse from me coming from a culture that loves rice so I don't know what I'll do without my daily bowl of rice...

are there any Leftist self-help/life advice books/resources

I don't mean self-help in the sense of "5 hacks that made me a crypto millionaire" I mean it in the sense of managing your life. Stuff like managing money, friends, finding time to educate myself and form communities. I'm trying to get my life together after some hard times, and I'm searching for anything that will help, but everything I find has a twinge of "well if your life sucks its probably because you're just not motivated enough" or really shitty advice that basically means nothing like "clean your room" I'm not looking for something that prioritizes outcomes but embraces building systems that work

I'm currently looking into the self-care movement, did look into some of Gabor Mate's stuff but he seems to flirt with anti-intellectual behavior too often for my liking

Sorry if I'm not as well read as others, still figuring a lot of stuff out, that's why I'm making this post.

odds of my RTW being reconsidered?

I had an undiagnosed mental disorder, which I had been coping with by relying on friends, ended up really isolated this year and making a lot of stupid and self destructive decisions. kind of had a comeback in the winter by changing the way I study, but I still ended up 0.05 shy of the RTW threshold. Am I cooked?
