It would appear that Costco on the west coast has adopted
East coast butter stick sizing. Yes, that is a thing. I bought a butter extruder last year and the Western Stubby sticks wouldn’t fit. The eastern Elgin sticks fit like a charm, just in time for corn on the cob season!
Ironically, I need a PC-DMIS offline CMM port lock because I sold mine earlier this year and an old customer came back to me after five years away smh…

2021 Elevation, 5.3L 8spd X31, stock ride height. Replaced OEM 20s with AEV Salta XR 8.5x17 wrapped with Bridgestone Dueler A/T Ascent in LT285/70R17 E load-rated. No rub. OEM 20s measure 32.99 diameter, these are 32.8; I figure that’s a wash. These are also 10mm wider than the 20s.
I have Bilstein 4600s all around and I was unhappy with the harshness on forest roads. The addition of these tires make me take back everything negative I ever thought about the Bilsteins. Long live tall, stiff sidewalls in the dirt. No complaints on the 20s on the highway.
Great price on these wheels, brand new from AEV, $299 each. They are Italian-made and GM trusts them enough to use on the Bisons. I looked for takeoffs but the new ones were priced better than what guys were asking for used.
I’ve run Bridgestone Duelers for years because they fit my needs best and have never failed me. These LTs may be the best combo yet.
