Finished these just in time for the finale! My hype for the show really got me wanting some figs… and since McFarlane won’t be making any, thought I’d have to myself. Especially after seeing @happymeal3d headsculpts. Don’t think my paint did them 100% Justice but they’re good enough. Shoutout @ukesfigures for sharing his idea of using Biffs jacket for John. Had to reshape it a bit but worked out nicely. I know Hal’s jacket isn’t accurate but it passes the vibe check.

Printed and painted this John Stewart head for my McFarlane figure. The head was designed by tanukifigures. I don’t usually paint this much realism with comic based heads but I wanted to test myself. Based on the amount of commissions I get plus pure laziness, I never make the time to brush up on my realism paintwork. This one was more practice for some custom live action characters I’m going to be doing soon. Im pretty happy with the outcome mainly in the skin detail and slight fade in his hair. The eyes will always be a pain especially the squintier they are.

Here’s my current avengers, most with custom heads other than Thor. Don’t really see a need to customize anything on him. Really hope we get a modern Hawkeye soon.

Decided to finally repaint this ultimate cap since I’ve had these custom heads for waiting to be painted for awhile. I’m pretty sure I got them from someone on IG but for the life of me I can’t remember who… the harness and knife are from gi joes. Holster from Deadpool.
