I am confused as my lh is below the normal 'surge' level but fsh seems super high. I had a similar trend last cycle (which ended up with pregnancy and miscarriage at 7 weeks).
I am somewhere between 6w2d and 6w4d. I had an hcg test 4 days ago which showed 1689 (so v low) and an US on 2 days ago which showed a heart rate of 73 (also v low I know) and crl of 2.1. Fastforward to today and I got another hcg test which showed it had gone down to 1567 so I obviously thought that's it. But I had another US and everything looked completely on track, the heart rate was now 114 and the crl was 5.4 so now I am confused. This is some kind of cruel hell of a rollercoaster. I was starting to wonder (very hopefully) if by doing hcg tests at random private non pregnancy specific labs (just at a private gp) might be throw off the results, but that's probs me grasping at straws.
I'm having such a rough time with my mental health. This is my first pregnancy and it's just been so so stressful. My lmp was the 14th March so according to that I'm 6w3d today. I naturally conceived sometime between the 27th-29th March I think. Then first positive test was the 6th April. I initially paid out of pocket to have HCG tests just as early reassurance, the first one was 21 at sometime between 9-11dpo, which was borderline so did another, 48hrs later it was 59. Was happy with that as it doubled. Fast forward to 5w3d and I get some pale pink discharge so managed to get a scan booked at the early pregnancy unit. Also decide to do another hcg test as 'reassurance'. So at what I think was 6w exactly but could have been 5w6d my hcg came back as 1689 which according to the official range is the low side of normal but according to reddit is very low and almost guarantees a miscarriage. Then at 6w2d (or maybe 6w1d) I get an ultrasound which shows a correctly situated pregnancy with fetal pole measuring 2.1mm (and everything else measuring on track) and a heartbeat. BUT the heartbeat was only 73. My doctor said that this can be normal as the heart might have only just started beating and not to take notice of the hcg at this stage. I am getting another US in a week. But this is just HELL. I am completely obsessing and swinging between hope and despair. How do people do this multiple times, it's torture. Any advice greatly appreciated. Apologies for the essay!
