I am so deeply unhappy and my husband admitted to his therapist and our therapist he doesn't think about me.

He said himself he hates living with me, doesn't pay his share of the rent and his name isn't on the tenancy. He has no claim to the house and he always tells me he hates it.

I cannot afford a divorce and in my country if we live together we cannot apply for one. So I need him out of the house before I can apply for that. But I just need him out.

He never talks nicely to me, we sit in silence most nights. He won't leave my side. He tells me he is unhappy with me. He gets so aggressive. I've told him multiple times to leave the house but he doesn't. Always says it's too expensive in our area, but doesn't even need to be near me. I've tried to move out but I cannot due the leasing agreement being in contract.

He's a police officer so I cannot just get them involved. But I just want to know how to sit down and say hey it's coming up for renewal and I want to move independently. But he doesn't care.

He never asks me questions about me just about what is for tea

I want him to leave my house, how do I ask him to leave?

How do I ask him to leave without causing anger and frustration towards me I just want him gone. But I want it without the argument.
