Not refunding my money

Title: DoorDash is sitting on my ~$400 Best Buy refund and support is an endless loop of bots and broken promises
It’s been over 15 days, and I’m at my wit's end dealing with DoorDash customer support.
I ordered an item from Best Buy through DoorDash. Best Buy processed a partial refund on their end and confirmed that the funds would reach me within 4 business days. That was two weeks ago. DoorDash has already collected the money from Best Buy, but they refuse to release the nearly $400 owed back to me.
At this point, I have called DoorDash support around 10 times. Every single call follows the exact same infuriating script:
Battle two different AI bots that can't comprehend a basic retail refund issue.
Finally get transferred to an overseas human agent who reads off scripts, barely grasps what happened, and requires me to re-explain the entire story from scratch.
No resolution, ever.
When I demand a supervisor, they claim a supervisor will call me back "within 24 hours." That call never comes.
They are essentially holding $400 of my money hostage while running me through an automated carousel designed to make me give up.
If you're ordering high-ticket retail items through DoorDash, beware. The moment something goes wrong between the merchant and the app, you will hit an absolute brick wall.
Has anyone successfully gotten through this loop, or is a credit card chargeback the only language DoorDash actually understands?
