Because my last bill 3 days ago was $120ish for 1 gig speed and no cap

What i see in my offers are as follows on my cox account via the site

When i go to update my plan they offer $105 for 1 gig speed and no cap which is $20 less than my current bill but its still the same plan i currently use.

The next offer is the same price of $125 but 2 gigs speed with no cap (which im currently considering)

How can I get the low prices or are they just for new members?

Just tried 3 atm and all of them said network error and one took $100 from my account without depositing the money. Currently on hold with chime for 30 minutes now. No word of it being down tho online

Follow up: A chime rep on the phone just confirmed that their ATMs are having problems. Don't know how wide spread tho
