Is it allowed i want to withdraw to bank that is not mine? (Its my parents)

[DISCUSSION] How fast can you realistically get accepted into Fiverr Top Rated Seller after meeting all the requirements?

I know not everyone gets accepted immediately even if they qualify, since it still goes through a manual review process. But I feel like my account is pretty qualified overall, I have a high repeat business score badge, strong metrics, 5 star average rating and in my niche there’s currently only one TRS seller.

A month ago I withdrew money to my bank and due to some issues my transfer got rejected and sent back to payoneer. The bank rejected it 2 weeks ago and still nothing is back to payoneer? Any idea what should i do or did someone have the same issue?
