Wristband lost BEFORE registering? 😭
Does anyone know what I do if I lost my wristband before even opening the package? Can I still go to the box office? My fiance threw it out thinking it was an empty box
Edit: Front Gate support (and you nice folks) confirmed you do NOT need the band registered in order to replace. Thank you everyone!

Louise Carmen Leather Transfer Question!
Hi all! I just got my Louise Carmen leather journal and noticed that it is staining the inside of my purse pretty badly — it’s black leather and the inside of my bag has a bunch of leather transfer/scuff marks all over even though I’ve been super gentle with it!
Is there anything I can do to further prevent this/imagine this might be normal? For now I’ll just keep it in the dust bag it came with, but was excited to throw it around since it’s real leather!
