How often do officers recognize cars?

I have a question about recognizability. I live in a small-medium sized college town and like any other Ohio town the police presence is VERY high (Not saying that’s a bad thing, I really appreciate it living here). I do however drive a very recognizable modified car and I drive around town often, is it likely true that the police know my car? After 2 years I’ve never been pulled over and I never do anything dumb enough to get pulled over either, at least in town.

Second question is: My car does have pretty dark window tint, however it’s registered out of state since I go to school here but I know for sure it is not legal in Ohio. Is my out of state plate partially the reason I haven’t ever been stopped for the tint, or may it be because they see me often knowing I don’t really do anything dumb around them? Or I’m sure it could also be they don’t get moving violations often, or many other things too. Just curious, thought I’d ask here!

Have 6 AirTags, now have none?

I’ve had 6 AirTags for roughly 2-3 years and never had any issues besides an occasional battery swap. Middle of the night last night, my keys started beeping for around 2 minutes and then stopped. Now this morning looking at FindMy, every single item is gone. Checked on my MacBook/ipad and they’re gone from those ones too. Any fix for this?

False Laser constantly on R3

Hey everyone, I’ve had a uniden R3 for the last ~3 years, didn’t use it much at all for the first year I had it until I moved to Ohio. I noticed a few months ago I started getting false lasers somewhat often. It will happen randomly, overcast day, sunset, middle of the night with no oncoming traffic, etc. updated it for the first time when it started happening and there was no difference.

I do have ceramic windshield tint and the car is a 2017 Jetta so it doesn’t have very many things that could possibly give off false signals. Is this normal??? Should I just turn off laser at this point?

Can’t tell if this is a bubble or 2 indents

We got these tires a few months ago after there was a bubble in the old set. My dad chose to cheap out on some Goodyear Walmart exclusive tires. They’ve been great if anyone was wondering but I can’t really tell if this is a bubble, or 2 indents spaced out. In between them it does feel just slightly raised and slightly squishier than the rest of the tire.

Also, the car sat for about 4 months or so while my sister was in DC. What do you guys think?

Dry cracking after 2 years?

My Nitto Neo gens are not even 2 years old, have plenty of tread and have been on the car for just over 1 year. Why have they started to dry crack already? It’s not on the sidewall at all and only between the tread blocks.

The car was in a barn for about 1.5-2 months over the winter, but I don’t remember seeing the cracking after pulling it out of storage. The car also does get driven somewhat hard on occasions (hard cornering on some nice roads, I’m not passing up the opportunity)

Lug nut stuck

My left rear wheel has a lug nut that is stuck on it, 2 shops now have given up on it. The first one said they could try a breaker bar but didn’t want to end up snapping and replacing the hub just for a tire rotation. Second shop said they couldn’t even get it with their breaker bar.

Has anyone had an issue like this? I was just gonna push it off until the wheel actually needed to be removed but then it hit me if I get a flat tire on that wheel I won’t be able to put the spare on without getting towed somewhere. May just call a few other shops and fix the hub if it breaks, it’s only a $120 part
