I have a idea about my ultimate hero I just need some help

my ultimate hero Hiro Raito is at first a classic hero who wants to save everyone and get them out of the killing game but he gets more and more depressed and mad at himself evry time he fails. so his arc will be him being able to save the remaining cast finally being the hero everyone needs.
i just need help with the whole arc because i need the desent into depression and then him getting past the mistakes to save the ones remaining
just to need to work
