I feel that there are a lot of channel partners here who disguise as buyers and try to influence opinions on this platform. They create various accounts and create posts like bought an apartment in xyz. After that, they use multiple other accounts to post comments like - "I also booked at this place and it's a great deal". One of the things that I see common amongst these types of accounts is that they are newly created and hardly have comments.

So it's very important to be aware of whether you are getting a genuine opinion from a buyer of you are just being manipulated.

I am considering buying an under construction Prestige/Brigade property in Bangalore. The broker shares the same listings with me as I find on 99 acres directly from the owner.

Is it worth hiring a broker for this? Is effort involved very high? I'm assuming given jts Brigade and Presige, process would ne rather smooth. Please share your opinions.

I am a 34 y/o M. CW: 118KG. I have fatty liver, abnormally high cholesterol (480) prediabetic (6.1 Hba1c), sleep apnea.

I took my 3rd 2.5 mg Yurpeak shot today. The first two weeks have been I pretty good. I havnt felt any side effects apart from a bit bloating after meals which generally goes away after a post meal walk. Lost around 2kgs in two weeks.

Overall I've felt great. The food noise has gone. I never thought i could feel this way about food. Looking forward to shedding much more.
