Is it true that Venmo doesn’t require SSN for teen accounts?

Hey! I have 2 T-Mobile IDs, 1 is a month old and 1 i got a while back, its not too old, both are in my name, only 1 has my social, the other doesn’t have any social afaik, im a minor, how would i go about merging them into 1?
