I'm getting Civil in HITK as per my GMR (open HS). Would it be a gamble if I opt for it expecting I'd change my branch to CS related branches by the end of 1st year? Or should I look for colleges where I'm getting CS allied branches already i.e NSEC, Techno etc? How hard is it to change branches? HITK seniors lurking here please give me some insights 🙏 Others are welcome too. Has anyone succeeded in doing so from Civil?
