That blonde in every Latin night

You know, the one that always missteps and holds onto your hand like it's the only thing that's can hold onto. Particularly have the crazy eyes (HIMYM fans would know) dresses as colourful it gets and does the same thing with bachata, too.

That girl, my friends, may not be the one for you.

Men, don't give up on women just yet.

Damn, that feels like a title for a YouTube video for salseros. I did post once that DJ are the ones killing salsa and by the comments I came to conclusion that perhaps it was the reason I was where I was and that some DJ in my areas wasn't good enough. But since then Iet a number of people who have terrible experiences with follows that made them give up on salsa and transition to bachata dance. my advice is just for the men, like the title, I've danced a lot of social dancers who were thankful enough to make dance when I was a beginner, now it's time to pay the toll, give back to the salsa community.

(This is an opinion of my own, please be gentle)

My last run after cellulitis injury 😭

Last Saturday I did 11k and then I spent the weekend in a dancing festival, I was too tough on my foot that it was all swollen up. I've elevated and iced it hoping it'd go away but after seeing an orthopedic, I think I'll be in my bed for quite some time.

I feel bad as this'll take quite some time to recover. Any core exercises or any other exercises I could do untill I'm back on my feet?
