Proactive Driving Assist

Have it on our 26 bZ. It’s a pretty cool feature that I use every once in a while. I just wish there was a dedicated button on the steering wheel for it (like the lane assist button) so I don’t have to go to the touchscreen while driving.

Drive/Reverse selector doesn’t seem intuitive

Have had my 26 Limited for about a month now and still having trouble with remembering which knob turn direction is drive (right) or reverse (left).

I usually want to keep my eyes forward and found myself turning it to drive when I meant reverse (and vice versa). I usually find myself needing to look down at the selector knob.

I’ve driven other cars that are more intuitive such as BMW (push/pull switch) or MBenz (up/down lever) or Hyundai’s twist forward/back switch.

Anyone else get thrown off? Or just me being a bit dense?
