There was both a picture disc and a orange variant and you could buy a signed variant of the orange disc. there is the plain orange one and a singed picture disc available but I want a signed orange one.

I am asking this because I have been seeing so many people on the internet (and me now) complain how their package hasn't received any updates which in realty it has, but on the customer side of things you cannot always even see the tracking outside of your local country. If management can see the package details outside of your homeland country why can't we see it? all we get is the local tracking number. Not only would this make it so much easier for us, but it would stop most of the complaining on Sugargoo's side and on the customer side!

First of all I just want to say that I am not homophobic and that I love people. With that in mind there will probably be people who go after me for asking this elephant in the room question about rock box. With this info in mind please don't take this in the wrong way. I am wondering if there is any other builds of rockbox that do not have the lgbtq flag slpash screen. Or is there any other way I can edit the firmware package to have the stock rockbox one or to completely rid it out. Thanks.
First of all I started getting attracted to owning all of my music in my collection so this is one step closer to doing that. Instead of reviewing I am going to rate this device on separate fields.
What impressed me: so many things but 1. on all on all the firm wares, ALAC was supported (it's still a pretty niche audio format so I am happy that it works flawlessly.) 2 all the specific settings related to audio personalization like eq's, surrounds, compressors.....they did not skimp on customization. 3. Even though getting the right version of RockBox on this was a pain in the butt, you can actually make this device look REALLY CLEAN with some themes, you just have to really know what you are doing because it is not well explained. 4 How light it is 5. the DAC is actually really impressive quality, I am a lossless listener so I was hoping it was sound good but it really exceeded my expectations upon the first listen. It also gets REALLY LOUD too if you want.
Documentation, to me it wasn't super clear how to install rockbox I just saw a lot of youtubers doing it and picking random releases and themes. This caused me 6 hours of confusion because I didn't understand all the variants of firm wares within the innioasis updater app.(someone really needs to create a guide) Also alongside buying the player I bought the 512 gb sd card in hopes for it to have an external slot. As most of you guys know, It has not slot but I saw the mods people did and I did it in a matter of 15-30 minuets no problem.
Annoyances 1. I use the rock box firmware and sometimes it randomly freezes and all I can do is hard reset by long holding the center button. Nothing I have changed fixed the issue for good. 2. the context menu and the turn off display triggers are way to similar. to bring the context menu up you long hold the center button but you also do that but just a little longer to set the display off. 3 Doing a hard reset takes 30 seconds to do. 4 Bluetooth is availible on it but common modern devices like air pods are too new for it, but car bt audo works but it doesn't pass song metadata over with it. (So I am using XM4's with it's jack which sounds really great though just not convenient.)
overall id rate it a 8.5/10 If it just had better Bluetooth compatibility
I am confident in this player being improved in the future considering how many people seem to be involved in the community and how open the innioasis team is on developing alternate soft wares and themes and customizations for it's users.
So about a few weeks ago I bought this vinyl off a seller who had one successful recent buy (who left a positive review) and a few items listed for sale still. I didn't know what to expect so I paid immediately after I placed the order and there I was waiting for the seller to ship out the order. A week went by and the seller still hasn't marked the order as shipped to I asked when it will be sent out. A few days after that message, they replied saying I will send it out monday (the day was tuesday) so 6 days, and to that I said no worries. Well here I am on tuesday without an update so I put in a seller not responsive order, in hopes of them replying. A day go by and still nothing, at the point I am pissed and I out in a refund request via paypal in which I am automatically given my money back. A day later (2 days since I put in the seller responsive order) . They reply back and say that they dropped it off Tuesday. At this point I bought the same item from another seller and I already got a forced refund for this order so now I'm in a bad spot. What do I do? BTW the seller has not said anything yet.

Discogs has a copy but wont sell to the us, waiting for pm back if it works. curious if anyone is willing to sell. This is an extremely rare release as only 500 were put into production. I don't mind if it's not sealed as long as everything comes with it that came in the set originally.
