Ndc, or Niagara District central is notorious for overcrowding, poor living conditions, and repetitive media played for the inmates over and over again. It creates a mind-numbing sludge, which is fueled with late and obvious terrible food, heavy Breads and fats, and lots of time allowed to sleep and do nothing. The system is trying to keep you in jail! We want you sitting in your cell, getting fatter and fatter and fatter as a grown man.
