Overlake obgyn

I am in my first trimester and currently consulting with Overlake providers for my pregnancy.

I had two questions:

  1. Medicine refills – I usually send MyChart messages for refill requests, but even when I run out of medication, I don’t receive responses from the OB-GYN team. I’ve also called the reception and refill department multiple times, but only hear that the information has been relayed. This has been happening for about a month.
Is it normal to not get a response for 3+ days? Does Evergreen have a similar experience, or is communication better there? Any suggestions?

  2. I also realized today that my next few visits are scheduled with different OB-GYNs instead of the provider I originally chose. Is that normal as well?
