hey guys I am on day 30 and I want to share my experience

Don't try to blindly quit, just replace the habit with good one

because when you try to quit porn, suddenly you have a lot of free time

free time leads you to scrolling and it leads to trigger urges

again relapse and you shocked why I stucked in this cycle

so log your urges in paper or app and find your peak urge time and reason

in my case my peak urge time is evening 6-9, so I just replace the time to play sports with my friends and after I return to my home, I feel tired and just eat my dinner and go to sleep

may be this tip will helpful for you

My peak urge triggered reason is scrolling social media

sometimes we don't want to relapse, but we did the same mistakes again and again without knowing that and eventually ended up in relapse

so track your urges and find your patterns

just simple every time, you get an urge simply write or track in notes anything you want

just time , day, date, and triggered reason like being alone, stressed, scrolling

after noted for a few days and analysis which one bring most urges and try to find it why

because you founded your real pattern and break it easily

for example my pattern is scrolling social + being alone, once I founded this , I just break the situation to happen this

so I am able to easily cross 90 days in journey and try it, if you found yourself relapse again and again
