Something up on the inside of the tailgate

My wife and I bought an 2024 Ascent Touring a few months ago and I just noticed this on the inside of the tailgate. It sort of seems like it will rub off, but needs a bit of scraping so I don’t want to try scraping it off if that’s not really the problem and I’m damaging it. Anyone else experienced this or have recommendations on what to do with it?

Finder associates/provisionals to supervise

I’m a LPC-S in Texas and have been providing supervision for almost 2 years. Based on my previous employment place and a change in employment I made, I’ve been able to keep my associates or been able to take on some of their peers as an external supervisor. However, I’m getting close to having to actively seek associates to supervise and was curious how others went about/what helped you to find them? I’m in a bit of a unique position in that I have a different full-time job so am really just seeing these associates because my current role doesn’t include supervising others which I enjoy and as a bit of extra on the side. While that’s nice, it also means I don’t have a practice to help supply hours and a lot of the typical marketing approaches seem a bit costly given I’d ideally like to keep it to 2 or 3 associates max. Appreciate all the time and answers in advance!

North Texas Bait Station Question

My wife and I bought a house in North Texas about a year ago. We just had our pest company come for a free termite inspection and he showed us one spot on the outside fence that definitely was a sign on one side and another couple that were a possible. He checked the inside and didn’t find any, but then told us that he would recommend bait stations/monitoring with a warranty to pay for damage to the house should it happen. It feels like a whole lot of money for the install (talking couple thousand) which was based on the size of the house and 35 a month for the monitoring. Is this worth it, necessary, or are we being had?
