Should i fill colleges based on this list?.
So this is the pdf i got from cetking which ranks all the colleges from last year based on percentiles. I got the 25th number colleges based on this pdf but when i saw the 20th no college cutoffs then it is less than the 25th number college. So im confused what colleges should i put up for betterment.
