I have Frank T C_____?

I bought two prints today by the same artist. One is labeled “Artist Proof” and has a better signature. It looks like Frank T C??? to me. Purchased in Mississippi. Would not be surprised if the artist was from around Mountain Home, Arkansas. Was framed at a nice local shop, maybe 80s or 90s. Nothing is written on the back of the frame
