I just changed my 5 star review for the app to a 1 star review in the Google store. Maybe that will have an effect. Besides losing mp turns, anyone having wheel hub motor errors now?

After the recent firmware update I am getting intermittent wheel hub motor errors. Coincidence or causation?

Noticed my mower wasn't mowing and looked in the app and found the error. Of course NO NOTIFICATION! Anyway, restarted from the app. No joy. Restarted again. No joy. Then out of desperation I hit restart several times in a row and it cleared the error and the mower is happily mowing. Maybe I was lucky.

Something has definitely improved in the US at least. My Luba2xh instantly connects to the app and the task list also appears instantly. Likely server improvements since the app hasn't been updated for at least a week or so and there has been no firmware updates recently. Nicely done Mammotion.

Like a lot of you, I've been looking for a substitute for my Neato's. I've tried a bunch of different brands and the Mova P10 Pro Ultra 2nd Generation seemed to get the closest in doing a nice job cleaning our carpets. I was going to get another Mova but then I decided to do a direct test between the Neato and the Mova. I kept cleaning the carpets with the Mova and Neato until the Mova would not pick up anything more. Then I ran the Neato again and it picked up significantly more. That was in one room. Then I went to our 2nd floor where the Mova has been running everyday for a month or so. Right after it was done, I ran the Neato and it picked up quite a bit. It is clear that the old Neato's are just plain better than what is available now. I can tell you that when I was using the Neato's, after I emptied their dustbins, it took several vacuumings for much to show up in the Neato's dustbins compared to the quite a bit that showed up after the carpet had been maintained by the Mova for more than a month.

I didn't come up with these but I thought I would post them in one place for people having problems after the last update. If your mower won't connect to wifi, turn off Bluetooth on your phone. If the mower can't get positioned, reenter the Rtk serial number even if it looks right in the app. Hope this helps.

Title says it all. Strong 4G and wifi. Was working great a couple of days ago when I last mowed.

The way Duke Energy TOU rates work, the peak/discount/off peak periods are all netted separately. So even though you have exported a surplus of peak power, you only get 3 cents per kwh for it and it doesn't help net against the full cost of any excess imports of off peak or discount power. Netzero support seems to be saying there is a way of seeing the monthly net in each category but I don't see it. Am I missing something? Thanks. (Ideally, the monthly balance in each category would be zero or negative, since a positive in any one category only gets me 3 cents, instead of 8, 11 or 22 cents per kwh, respectively.). Edited to change (correct) "peak" to "discount."

I am thinking of switching my Luba2xh from local RTK to iNavi. I was wondering whether I will lose my maps, and if I do, can I restore them from the backup if I give up on the switch to iNavi. Thanks.

A squirrel ate my RTK Reference Station Extension Cable (10 M) for my Luba AWD 2X 2025 model. I've emailed Mammotion about purchasing a replacement but I was wondering if anyone had found a direct link to a site where it can be purchased by US customers? I've only found a European site so far. Do any 3rd party cables work? Thanks! (By the way, I spliced the 4 pairs of tiny wires together and it is working, for now.)
