Mechanic installed incorrect torque converter on my truck. What do I do?

I paid a shop to install a torque converter in my truck, and a parts store sent them the torque converter for the other transmission they put in my year/model truck. I have confirmation of the wrong part being installed, and I also have confirmation from the shop that eventually rebuilt my transmission that the incorrect TC being put in damaged the pump in my transmission. I also took the truck back after it was throwing codes and having multiple issues it wasn’t having before.

Does the shop have a leg to stand on when it comes to me asking them to foot the bill for the rebuild?

It looks like RemArms finally went out of business

Check Brownells and Pacific Tool and Gauge for any surplus 700 parts you guys may want. For those like me waiting on warranty 700s, we’re in line with the other $300 million worth of backorders.

Does anyone else have a 700 at RemArms for repair right now?

I sent my new 700 LR in to their gun repair center in Jacksonville in January. It was so bad, I’m supposed to be getting a new rifle.

It appears they aren’t even making rifles right now at the new GA facility. Anyone in a similar boat to me?

Magco EDS30L vs OCL Hydrogen L vs DA Nomad L

Going off Pew Science rankings, I’m between these 3 30 cal suppressors for my first can. I mainly want something to save my hearing while hunting, and I’m not really considering S or K cans for maneuverability. I hunt with a bolt .308, single shot 300 blk, and a bolt .223.

Aside from hunting, I’ll shoot some 300 BLK subs off my back porch at groundhogs and do some range trips with bolt guns mostly. I rarely shoot an 11.5in AR at a low rate of fire.

Just try. The worst thing that can happen is you don’t lose weight.

I have periods of depression where I just give up and decide to eat whatever I want and not exercise. I also am a perfectionist, and I will give up if I make small mistakes. I don’t allow myself to have small wins or deviate from a plan, and I burnout. I always have this voice in my head telling me “there’s no point in trying because nothing you do will work.”

The realization I had this morning was not to put pressure on myself to make it work. As long as I’m trying, I at the very least shouldn’t gain weight. If what I’m trying is not working over a period of a few weeks, I can tweak things a bit further. Regardless of what I’m doing, maintaining is at least as good or better than what I would be doing if I wasn’t trying at all.
