Cat's Claw for 7OH Withdrawal?

So, I'm traveling, I'm about to run out; the place I traveled to banned the sale of my preferred demon, and my only alternative is cat's claw products, which I plan to try when my rations inevitably run dry but have never heard of before today. I'm here for three more days, and then eight hours of flying before I'll
have access to any other help.

Can anyone give me any advice on the wise way to manage WD's while traveling?

Why Not Both?

Okay so HotD is basically a series of terrible decisions made by deeply flawed people for reasons ranging from stupid to tragic, so I try not to overthink it? But I had a bit of a shower thought:

The whole "Laenor is literally too gay to function" issue could've been instantly resolved if Rhaenyra would just marry Harwin as well. Is there some cultural reason in the books or something, because it seems obvious that that's the easiest way to solve the problem. Aegon the Conqueror had two sister-wives, so obviously polygamy was a thing in Old Valyria, and it would have made it clear that regardless of the father, the children are Targaryens. I can imagine there'd still be bitching and moaning about how obviously the kids are Strongs but with children of either marriage being legitimate, it'd probably just be the Velaryons complaining about not having grandkids and that's just a thing you gotta cope with when your kid is gay. Or maybe if they were really fortunate Harwin could get Laenor pregnant, but whatever, the point is, I feel like it's weird that no one even suggests it, especially King I-Love-the-Histories, thank you and goodnight.
