Basically, I had a dream, that there was a dead woman in a coffin, it was closed and then it was opened and she was blessed with holy water.

Upon this, I noticed her twitching, her feet curled, she then tensed up, her body moved and her head moved and looked straight in the air.

Then she either asked for my dad or asked anyone who knows him and said something about my aunt (who is dead already in real life).

Think her eyes may have turned black but I’m not entirely sure but I did wake up with blood in my mouth.

I’m a 29 year old man who really was a lapsed Catholic, attending mass only for weddings etc and only praying if I needed something. I recently have been trying to build my relationship with God.

I have went to adoration and prayed the rosary. I made an examination of conscious over the last couple of weeks. Yesterday after adoration, I felt the strength to go to confession after 15 years. My parish only has one confession for 20 minutes on a Saturday so I decided to attend confession in the next parish which has confession before mass.

I went to the Church, prayed a little, couldn’t find the confessional in the Church and walked back out before finding the strength to go back in, I was completely overshot with nerves. I spoke with the priest who to be fair was very nice, I had my list but when I went in I got so nervous I didn’t really look at the list and instead started naming things including some of my most pressing sins.

However, when I was done I realised there were some things on my list that I had forgotten to mention and felt so stupid considering I literally had it on a list and part of my feels like it won’t be forgiven. I also feel that it’ll make my confession invalid even though I confessed one thing that was extremely difficult.

I also had a penance of about 4 prayers and still just feel like I either haven’t done enough or haven’t been forgiven due to an invalid confession etc.
