So here is all the places added this week under $1600. There is about 500 new places total added this week if you want to check the home page.

We are going to do a separate 2 bedroom version hopefully tomorrow. We have been busy with other more important software tasks trying to keep the site running. The pet filter and in app viewing is also coming I promise. It's getting closer on our list of things to take care of and just haven't got to it yet.

Ok so this week since we have the filters now on this page we just added every property that was listed in the last 5-7 days. Thought that might be more useful than just listing everything under 1600 since a lot of you were asking about a 2 bedroom version. Now you can filter however you want.

Still no pet filter on this and still no in app viewing of this page. We are working on it still. We have been having problems with our AI reading the pet policies correctly. That said, if it says it allows pets that is true. If it says NO pets allowed make sure you verify that as that information could be wrong and the listing really does allow pets. We're working on a fix for this. Apologies.

Be sure to check the ZRently home page and you can search through all 5000 rentals in socal.

Also numbers are on all the listings now if you wish to call instead.

We added a filter to this page as a couple of you asked about last week and we are continuing to make improvements on the site as a whole. If you hav the app you still can't view this list in the app. We are working on that though and it's on the list of things to do.

Be sure to check the home page out too. This is only the stuff under 1600 added this week. We added about 1000 properties this week for a total of 5000 or so to search through. Not all LA but the rest of SoCal as well.

We're thinking about doing like a 2 bedroom version of this under 2k or something if anyone thinks that would be helpful so let us know and we will start building that.

So this week I can't post the link to the usual update. We increased the inventory to much and added another 500 places and the update was not built for that so just check the website out this week. We're up to 1891 vacancies right now. We are continuing to categorize and make all rentals searchable by credit score in SoCal, so a lot more to come in the next weeks and months and we are continuing to fix bugs and a plan to steadily increase inventory to thousands of listings.

60 new ZRently verified places all over LA. I could only fit 60 but we doubled th inventory in the last week to about 700+ properties so be sure to just check the entire site as well.
