Came outside to this…
Apparently, caterpillars like broccoli leaves quite a bit. No wonder I have been seeing yellowjackets buzzing around this plant.

I found this one next to my milkweed, but I don’t think it’s a monarch. I am used to the lines going across the body, but not up and down it.
Could anyone help me figure out what plants these are? Both came from moss that I am growing, but neither of them were placed there.
The first is outside, and has small black dots on the stem. They seem to be naturally occuring black spots, since there is a smaller plant next to it with the exact same.
The second is indoors. I have been growing sidewalk moss in the container for about 6 months, and the plant only started to pop up and out 2 months ago.
Was trimming the Wilderness Trough and found this guy chilling.
Hey hey, I started looking into isopods for my terrariums and vivariums. I started to learn a lot and I really appreciate and love these little dudes. I just wanted to see if I had an OK set up, not one for a huge breeding, but at least for comfort for them.
-We got, in order of close ups-
-yellow albino springtails-
-Florida orange springtails-
-Ukraine pied-
-powder blue-
-dairy cow-
-orange vigor-
If anyone has any tips, they would be very appreciated. I do have larger containers if they would require more space, or if they require relocation. I keep hearing not to put powder blues next to others, but I have lids on top of the glass containers and I HOPE that they can’t army ant their way out.
